Hello, I’m Kate Fletcher.

I’ve been a semi-professional sportswoman, business leader, trained as a concert pianist and I’m an active Mum to two young children.

I’ve been called a coach, mentor, chairwoman - a catalyst.

I’m competitive and collaborative.

Driven and vulnerable.

Like all humans, I’m paradoxical, but I know how to use it all. 

I create powerful results by blending strategic business advice, facilitation, consultancy and team and individual mentoring and coaching.

I draw on my own working life and my sporting and musical background.

After 25 successful years in business including as Commercial Director on the Board of a FTSE 250 company, I have a nose for potential and the skill and energy to unlock it.
